Whether you want a relaxed, fun evening tasting wines or malt whiskies with friends or just to try before you buy, Tasting Room can organise the right tasting session for you. Wine or whisky tasting can be a great idea for an alternative girls night out or for getting together with work colleagues. We often organise wine or whisky tastings for clubs and organisations and our experts will ensure a tasting event to meet your needs.

We offer three standards of wine tastings and two levels of malt whisky tastings, depending on your requirements whether the tasting is informal or of a tutored variety.

 

Wine Tasting Options

 

Wine Tasting One - £20 a head

 

A glass of Sparkling wine on arrival - tasting of six wines (three whites and three red wines) with a complement of cheese, cold meat and olives.

 

Wine Tasting Two - £25 a head

 

A glass of Champagne on arrival - tasting of eight wines (three whites, four reds and a dessert wine) with a selection of cold meats, cheeses and olives.

 

Wine Tasting Three - £40 a head

 

A glass of Premier Champagne on arrival - tasting of eight classic premier wines, (four whites, four reds and a dessert wine), with a selection of cold meats, terrines, cheeses and olives.

 

 

Whisky Tasting Options

 

Whisky Tasting One - £25 a head

 

Five single malt whiskies - One whisky each from the Lowlands, Islay, Speyside, Highlands and islands. Served with a selection of cheese, biscuits and oatcakes.

 

Whisky Tasting Two - £35 a head

 

Six single malt whiskies - Including a whisky from Edradour, Scotland's smallest distillery, with accompanying salmon dishes, oatcakes and cheese.

 

 

 

Each event will be hosted by one our experts who have an in depth knowledge of all our wines, whiskies and producers - each event can be tailored to each individual requirements and wines or whiskies can be chosen before hand or alternatively leave all arrangements to our team.

 

Tastings can take place on our premises in Larkhall or, subject to transport availability, at a location of your choosing.

 

Alternatively, attend one of the regular tasting events open to members.
