Talus Saint Prix

Situated in the tiny village of Talus Saint Prix about 20 miles south of Epernay, this 5ha domain was started by Cyril Jeaunaux's parents in 1964. After graduating in 1999, Cyril joined them and now runs the operation with his wife.

The area is known for growing mainly Pinot Meunier and this is echoed by the 'assemblage' of his wines. It's a traditionally run domain, he uses no chemicals nor insecticides as he works towards Biodynamic status.
