Based in the small denomination of Yecla, north-east of the provence of Murcia, Bodegas y Vinedos de Salinas is a new and exciting project only established in 2004.

The vineyards are located in the northern foothills of the Sierra de Salinas, a range of mountains that separates Yecla from Alicante and is an area of outstanding beauty. They are north facing and are of stony, sandy soils that enjoy good permeability. The climate is continental with Mediterranean influences and a low rainfall, factors that are ideal for the Monastrell grape.
