Generations of Experience' is often a cliché but in this case it is an understatement. The Trocard family have been Bordeaux winemakers since 1628, and Chateau Franc La Rose is the last purchase of Jean Louis Trocard.

Chateau Franc la Rose, located in the La Rose district of St Emilion, consists of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc from 40 year old vines.The wine is aged for 18 months in new oak barrels producing a wine of dark ruby brilliant colour, complex and fruity flavours with smooth tannins, long living taste giving a wonderful suppleness and strength.
