At Tasting Room we are particularly partial to a good malt whisky. As any fan will know, it's a noble drink that should never be underestimated, and we take the stock selection process as seriously as we do for our wines

But it's the same old story: the market is dominated by a handful of well-known names. So, determined to bring you more interesting examples, we are making the ultimate sacrifice of sampling a variety of single cask whiskies and have made it our business to seek out single malts from some of Scotland's finest independents.

Our yardstick has been to find distillers who are devoted to their trade. Though our list is in its infancy, it's growing apace and we think you'll agree our sampling has it's been worth it. The whiskies we are stocking for you offer excellent drinking and even better value for money.
