A single vineyard, organic estate producing uncaramalised Cognac from a range of grape varieties. The result is a richer, fuller and more complex Cognac than those who use the Ugni Blanc variety. Christian Thomas, the owner of the estate for the past thirty years, exudes the passion and dedication that makes this estate unique. In fact he does all the distillation personally.
